In Spain, the digital processes of Public Administration do not consider UX in their interfaces.
The purpose of this project is to enhance the citizen's experience when carrying out any type of procedure with the public administration.

The creation process of kmino was carried out using the Design Sprint methodology, so it would consist of distinct phases: define long-term goal, sketch possible solutions, decide on the best option, high-fidelity prototyping, and validate with potential users.
Throughout the process, I utilized various tools and techniques such as:
